Projects and partnerships

Perhaps according to some, "he who does it himself, does it for three" ("chi fa da sé fa per tre")... but not in the teaching and learning of Italian! "Two (or more) heads, in fact, think better than one" ("due o più teste pensano meglio di una"), and together they create a truly explosive volcano of ideas!

These are, in fact, the extra projects I have worked on so far:

Ciao, I'm Elisa! And these are ideas I put into practice together with other colleagues!

From January to June 2025 I am conducting and will conduct a series of monthly 45-minute online meetings for Simone Pols Language coach membership programme, connecting with learners of Italian as foreign language from various parts of the world. Together we will discuss about the verb ‘piacere’, the prepositions, the relative pronouns, the passive form, the hypothetical period, and 'marked' sentence structures, trying to answer to the most frequent questions.

"A scuola come al cinema" - Materiale didattico di livello B1

I created a B1-level teaching unit from a scene from the movie "Bangla" (2019), which was published on the website of the Italian Cultural Institute in Austria and presented it to the public at the international conference "Quo vadis, Italian 2020?" on the 29th-31st of October 2020 at the Karl Franzens University in Graz.

"DidattiDante" - Multimedia Teaching Material

In cooperation with Giulia Nosari, vice-president of the Società Dante Alighieri Graz and high school teacher, I designed a series of teaching activities and short learning units with multimedia support (downloadable PDFs, LearningApps, ...) as part of the "DidattiDante" project. The material is freely accessible and suitable for (mostly young) learners of CEFR level A1-B1.
